  • Avalanche Studios are looking for a Senior Producer

This is not really the job ad, which can be found under our job listings. This is more of a news update really.

As you all know, we recently released Just Cause 2 with great success. We couldn't be happier seeing the press and consumer reactions and we'd like to say thank you to all who played the game.

With a successful launch there are always great and very interesting opportunities and we are now working in the very early stages of two very interesting projects of different type and size. This doesn't neccessary mean that we will grow to a big 150- 200 employee studio again. We take growth very carefully and we are also considering the opportunities that comes our way very seriously, not only from a growth standpoint, but also from a studio standpoint. A project needs to be the right for Avalanche Studios and the team or we will not take on that project - plain and simple. A project should also be FUN and have great potential to be a million seller but that's pretty obvious. The publisher we work with and other partners are also considered carefully and we are implementing a new process to help us in our decision making of chosing our partners.

The senior producer role is obviously one of the most important roles in our company and not only will this role be one of the most important roles leading team to success, but also be the face of Avalanche Studios to the publisher in many cases. We have just started the recruiting process and we are looking forward meeting new interesting talent to join this team to work on this super exciting project.
